Since 2018 the Dutch law has changed on the level of salary payment. It’s obligated to pay every worker at least the netto equivalent of the minimum salary which we have in The Netherlands.

At first; our salary system calculates automatically the amount of netto equivalent based on your hour’s and age.

Next step is that the system will deducted all cost like living, insurance, deposits or flight ticket.

Third step is that the system will check if with this deductions, your payment is still on the level of the netto equivalent.
