To ensure a good climate but also acceptable heating costs we are using the TADO smart system to control the temperature.

Via the TADO system we can monitor the temperature and adjust it for specific rooms and on specific times.
We have a schedule installed that arranges that during the day on working days the temperature is automatically going down, if you are at home sick temperatures can be turned up for you from the office. Please send a p4f message to the office!

Standard schedule weekdays:
00.00h - 06.30h: 16 degrees
06.30h - 08.00h: 20 degrees
08.00h - 16.30h: 14 degrees
16.30h - 22.00h: 20 degrees
22.00h - 00.00h: 16 degrees

Please do not touch/turn the knobs, it is not possible to change the temperature manually.
If something is not working, please contact the office.

We provide thicker winter blankets which are free to use! You can request them at the office by p4f message. The blankets stay property of BAM Works but you can use them as long as you are living in our living locations. In the summer we can change them for thinner summer blankets.

When the TADO system is sabotaged, we will see this in our online platform, the costs will be charged to the responsible person(s).
Electrical heaters are not allowed in the living locations, as they can be a fire hazard.
