+ What to do when I'm sick?
Please inform the office on time (at least 1 hour, but better as soon as possible) by phone or application.
+ When do I get paid?
This is depending on how long you are working at BAM Works. In first 26 weeks you get paid weekly, often this means you get paid at thursday or friday in the week after you worked. But we are not obligated to pay your salary that quickly.
After 26 worked weeks you go to 4-week payment. Then you receive your salary often on thursday or friday in the week after the last period. We have 10 day's for this payment so sometimes it can take a bit longer.
+ I received a pay slip but didn't receive my salary on my bank account?
If we send the payslip then the salaries are paid out, with some foreign banks it can take a few day's longer before you receive it.
+ How do I get a day off?
Ask the client for permission, submit your vacation request in the p4f app, you can find the tutorial on how to do it on the BAM extranet.
+ What is RC WAS on my payslip?
This is a saldo with debts that we couldn't deduct from your salary yet. There can be many reasons why there is a debt, for example: police tickets, room rent when on holiday etc.
It will be deducted from next salaries, but we are obligated to alway's pay you a minimum wage to cover your expenses for living costs.
